Hansol Paper Co., Ltd. announced that it has made amendments to the merger agreement with Hansol CSN Co., Ltd., which was initially announced on April 8, 2013. After the amendments, the merger ratio of Hansol Paper and Hansol CSN is 1 : 0.1846250 and 4,254,149 common shares will be issued with the merger.

The delay in the publication of the announcement of the Annual Results and the possible delay in the dispatch of the Annual Report, if they materialize, will constitute noncompliance with Rules 18.03, 18.48A and 18.49 of the GEM Listing Rules.
