After the amendments, the merger ratio of Hansol Paper and Hansol CSN is 1 : 0.1846250 and 4,254,149 common shares will be issued with the merger.

YFY Inc announced that its subsidiary, YFY International BVI Corp., will acquire 63,068,342 shares of YFY Cayman Co., Ltd. from Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd. for USD 115 million. After the transaction, YFY International BVI Corp. will hold a 100% stake in YFY Cayman Co., Ltd.
