Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Ltd announced that IP India Foundation has been incorporated on June 20, 2013 under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 as a Private Limited Company. IP India Foundation, as a wholly owned subsidiary of The Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Limited, will undertake CSR activities.
MCC Meili Paper Industry Co Ltd Establishes Subsidiary to Acquire Mining Right
MCC Meili Paper Industry Co Ltd announced that it has established a wholly owned subsidiary, with a registered capital of RMB 100 million. The Company invested in the Company with the mining right in Liangshuiyuan Mine, worth RMB 70 million, as well as RMB 30 million in cash. The new subsidiary will acquire the mining right in Liangshuiyuan Mine by September 12, 2013.
Klabin SA Approves Construction of Plant in Ortigueira
Klabin SA announced that its Board of Directors approved a proposal of the Executive Board for the construction of a new plant in the city of Ortigueira, Parana state, Brazil with production capacity of 1.5 million tons of pulp per year, with approximately 1.1 million tons of hardwood pulp and 400,000 tons of softwood pulp (Puma Project).
