Doosan Infracore Co., Ltd:Says to divest its holdings business, which is responsible for the management and operation of Doosan Infracore International, Inc. and Doosan Holdings Europe Ltd., into a new wholly owned subsidiary, Doosan Infracore Bobcat Holdings Co., Ltd.Doosan Infracore International and Doosan Holdings Europe are mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sales of small construction machinery in America and Europe.Expected division effective date is April 23.

Cargotec's Hiab starts cooperation negotiations in Hudiksvall

Cargotec Oyj:Says Hiab, part of Cargotec, plans to restructure its operations in Hudiksvall, Sweden.Says Hiab plans to shift focus from manufacturing to a unit that focuses on developing new products and testing of products, as well as after sales and spare parts support.Says the production responsibility for loader cranes, recycling cranes and forestry cranes will come to an end in Hudiksvall and the assembly operations in Hudiksvall would cease gradually by Q1 2015.Says Hiab has informed its employees about the plan and starts cooperation negotiations in Hudiksvall.Says the planned measures may lead to a reduction of about 150 employees in Hudiksvall.
