Eve Energy Co Ltd announced that it has established a wholly owned subsidiary in Hubei, China on July 4, 2012. The new subsidiary is engaged in the production and sale of lithium ion batteries, lithium batteries and lithium ion battery materials, electronic powder materials, new metal materials, non-metallic materials and other materials.
