Hafary Holdings Ltd's Hafary Pte Ltd Announces Incorporation Of Special Purpose Vehicle
Hafary Holdings Ltd announced that wholly owned subsidiary, Hafary Pte Ltd, together with Mr. Low See Ching (Executive Director and controlling shareholder of the Company), Mr. Ching Chiat Kwong (controlling shareholder of the Company) and Sitra Agencies Pte Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Vendor), have incorporated an SPV in Singapore, World Furnishing Hub Pte. Ltd. (WFHPL), on July 2, 2013, with an issued and paid-up share capital of SGD100. The share capital of WFHPL is held in the following proportion Hafary Pte Ltd - 40%; Mr. Low See Ching - 25%; Mr. Ching Chiat Kwong - 25%; Sitra Agencies Pte Ltd - 10%. WFHPL is incorporated for purposes of the Proposed Acquisition.
Taiwan Glass Ind Corp to Invest in Mainland China
Taiwan Glass Ind Corp announced that it will invest RMB 8 million to indirectly set up a subsidiary in Anhui, Mainland China. The subsidiary will be engaged in the production and distribution of liquefied natural gas and compressed natural gas, as well as investment and construction of piped natural gas.
