Sichuan Road & Bridge Co Ltd to Transfer Stake in Subsidiary to Subsidiary
Sichuan Road & Bridge Co Ltd announced that it has decided to use its 83.23% stake in a subsidiary, a Sichuan-based bridge construction company, to invest in its wholly owned subsidiary, a Sichuan-based road and bridge construction company. After this, the wholly owned subsidiary will hold a 100% stake in the Sichuan-based bridge construction subsidiary.
