Recylex SA's Belgian Subsidiary FMM SA Announces Its Intention of Ceasing Its Lead Smelter Activities
Recylex SA announced that FMM SA, the Belgian subsidiary of the Recylex group, is to cease its lead smelter operations. As required under the legislation in force in Belgium, it has begun a process of consulting with all its employees to find solutions and possible alternative courses of action with them. This plan, as well as the consultation phase, does not concern FMM SA's scrap lead-acid batteries collection business.

Ion Exchange India Ltd announced that Bombay High Court has approved the scheme of amalgamation and arrangement of Ion Exchange Services Ltd. with Ion Exchange (India) Ltd. and their respective shareholders.
The Environmental Group Ltd Announces Business Restructure
The Environmental Group Ltd announced that it has undertaken a review of its operations across its subsidiary companies. As a result of the review, the Company has made the decision to shut down its de-watering and poly pipe welding business in the Hunter Valley and the Bowen Basin, and its equipment cleaning business in the Hunter Valley. The businesses experienced a severe downturn from June/July last year as detailed in the 2012 Annual Report and half-year announcement to the ASX.
