Organo Corp to merge with subsidiaries

Organo Corp:Says it will merge with seven wholly owned subsidiaries, effective Apr. 1, 2014.Says the subsidiaries have been engaged in manufacture and sale of water treatment equipment and facilities as well as sale of water treatment drug in Sapporo, Sendai, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka and Hiroshima respectively.Says the company will be the surviving company and the subsidiaries will be dissolved.

Studsvik AB Announces Reorganization

Studsvik AB announced that it is creating a new customer-oriented organization. The new organization, which will enter into force on January 1, 2014, will be divided into three Business Areas. Waste Treatment will be focusing on management and treatment of radioactive waste. The Business Area's main markets are in Europe and the United States with plants in Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States. Mats Fridolfsson, Head of Segment USA and former Head of Segment Sweden, has been appointed President, Business Area Waste Treatment. Consultancy Services will be providing consulting services in areas such as radiological protection, waste, engineering and decommissioning at nuclear facilities and oil and gas installations. Stefan Berbner, Head of Segment Germany, has been appointed President, Business Area Consultancy Services. Operating Efficiency will be focusing on issues of fuel and reactor operation. Michael Mononen, Chief Executive Officer, will be acting President, Business Area Operating Efficiency. Sam Usher, Head of Segment UK, has been appointed Senior Vice President (SVP), Business Development. As a result of the new organization, as of January 1, 2014 Studsvik Group Management will consist of Michael Mononen, Chief Executive Officer and acting President of Operating Efficiency; Pal Jarness, Chief Financial Officer; Mats Fridolfsson, President of Waste Treatment; Stefan Berbner, President of Consultancy Services and Sam Usher, SVP, Business Development.

Insun Environmental New Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it has decided to merge with ICHEON ENERGY Co.,Ltd. which is engaged in the end-of-life vehicle recycling business, with the Company to survive and ICHEON ENERGY Co.,Ltd. to be dissolved, effective November 30, 2013. The merger rate between the Company and ICHEON ENERGY Co.,Ltd. is 1:0.
