Green Dragon Gas ltd's subsidiary announces signing of offtake agreement with Shanxi Guohua

Green Dragon Gas ltd:Company's wholly owned subsidiary Zhengzhou Greka Gas Co. signs 10-year offtake agreement with Shanxi Guohua Energy Company Limited (Shanxi Guohua), a joint venture between Shanxi International Energy Group and Sinope.Says for the sale of CBM gas from the company's Shizhuang South and North blocks, in Shanxi Province.The agreement is separate and in addition to the existing 20-year offtake agreement with PetroChina Huabei Oilfield Company Limited.Under the agreement, the company can sell gas from its GSS (Shizhuang South) and GSN (Shizhuang North) blocks to Shanxi Guohua's delivery point near the Guxian compression station, in Shanxi Province with pricing annually agreed and reviewed between the parties.

NK Lukoil OAO sells first consignment of rough diamonds from Grib field-Interfax

NK Lukoil OAO:Lukoil sold its first consignment of rough diamonds extracted at the Vladimir Grib field in an invitation-only online auction, the company said in a statement-Interfax.Lukoil said the diamonds were produced at the Vladimir Grib field, which Lukoil is developing in Arkhangelsk region."Practically the entire consignment of rough diamonds put up for auction was sold, excluding a few lots," the statement says.Lukoil did not say how much the diamonds were sold for, noting only that the company intended to increase the size of consignments as production grows at the Grib field.
