NK Rosneft' OAO expands cooperation with airlines of China

NK Rosneft' OAO:Says that RN-Aero, Rosneft subsidiary, and Hainan Airlines, private airline of China, for the first time have sealed a contract on fuel supplies.In July RN-Aero started fuelling Hainan Airlines planes in Russian airport Sheremetyevo.The monthly volume of refueling for Hainan Company in Sheremetyevo airport will make up to 1,200 tons.

Gazprom neft' OAO to supply special bitumen for high volume roads in Moscow-Interfax

Gazprom neft' OAO:Gazprom Neft will supply Moscow with bitumen materials specially designed for high volume roads under an agreement signed by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin and Gazprom Neft CEO Alexander Dyukov-Interfax.Gazprom Neft will also supply materials for experimental road segments to test new types of bitumen.The company and Moscow also plan to draft and introduce standards regulating the use of materials in road construction.The agreement is for five years and may be extended.

Gazprom neft' OAO subsidiary begins fueling Air Astana airplanes in Barcelona-Interfax

Gazprom neft' OAO:Gazpromneft-Aero, the aviation fueling operator of Gazprom Neft, and Kazakhstan's national airline, Air Astana, have singed an agreement to fuel airplanes abroad in the 2014 summer season, Gazprom Neft said in a statement-Interfax.Fueling began at Spain's Barcelona-El Prat Airport, where Air Astana carries out direct flights from Almaty in the summer season.Gazpromneft-Aero fuels Air Astana flights in Spain as part of a partnership with Portuguese energy company Galp Energia, a direct supplier of aviation fuel.In the future, Gazpromneft-Aero is planning to expand cooperation with Air Astana.The company is currently actively developing international flights from Kazakhstan to more than 40 airports in Europe, Russia, the CIS and the Middle East.Gazpromneft-Aero operates at 133 airports in more than 50 countries.

CNOOC Ltd Signes PSC with Eni China B.V

CNOOC Ltd:Says its parent company, China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) has signed production sharing contract (PSC) with Eni China B.V. (Eni) for the Block 50/34 in South China Sea.Block 50/34 is located in the Qiongdongnan Basin of offshore Hainan Island with a total area of 2,000 square kilometers, is one of the blocks CNOOC offered for foreign cooperation in 2012\According to the terms of the contract.Says Eni will conduct 3D seismic survey and drill exploration well in Block 50/34 during the 6.5 years exploration period.All expenditures incurred during the exploration period will be borne by Eni. CNOOC Limited has the right to participate in up to 51 pct working interest in any commercial discoveries in the block.

Gazprom OAO signs 25-year LNG contract with Indian GAIL-Interfax

Gazprom OAO:Gazprom has signed a firm contract with Indian GAIL on delivery of 3 million tonnes of liquefied natural gas (LNG) a year for 25 years, Gazprom Deputy CEO Alexander Medvedev told journalists-Interfax.He also said that Gazprom has prolonged the memorandum with GAIL under which the two companies are discussing a possible increase in LNG delivery volumes to 3.5 million tonnes a year.They are also discussing possible LNG deliveries to Indian Oil, Medvedev said.In 2012, Gazprom Marketing and Trading Singapore Ltd signed a memorandum of understanding with four Indian customers, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, GAIL (India) Ltd, Gujarat State Petroleum Company and Petronet LNG Ltd, for LNG delivery.Later a contract was signed with GAIL for the delivery of 2.5 million tonnes for 20 years beginning in 2019.The price of the contract was tied to the price of oil.A source at the company told Interfax that this is the same contract, but with an increased amount, and it has gone into effect.However, the start date for shipments is still being negotiated, but the deadline for these negotiations is limited.
