gategroup Holding AG:Announces that it has renewed and expanded business with long-time customer Delta Air Lines.Says award includes a five-year extension of all catering and provisioning services provided by Gate Gourmet that was due to expire in 2013.Says Gate Gourmet also has expanded its relationship with Delta at three new locations - Dusseldorf, Germany; Manchester, England; and Santiago, Chile.Says Gate Aviation has been awarded combined cabin cleaning and commissary services at certain U.S. locations.Says total value of the award is approximately 125 million Swiss francs per year and remains subject to finalizing the extension and new business agreements consistent with the award.

Viadukt dd:Says that Aeroports de Paris Management, Bouygues Batiment International, TAV Airports, Viadukt dd and Marguerite Fund i IFC, acting as the consortium of the companies, ZAIC-A Ltd and as sole owner of MZLZ (Medjunarodna Zracna Luka Zagreb dd) signed financial agreements.Says the agreements were signed with the lenders and Croatian Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure and were concerning the concession for Zracna luka Zagreb.Says this step means the closing of financial structure, transfer of the control on MZLZ and the start of the construction works at the new airport terminal.Says the concession agreement includes financing, design and construction of the airport terminal area, management of the entire airport for the period of 30 years.

World Duty Free SpA Wins Helsinki Airport Tender

World Duty Free SpA announced that it has won the tender to operate 11 stores at Helsinki Airport. This new contract in the Nordic Countries further expands the travel retailer’s geographic presence. Helsinki Airport is an airport in Finland and a hub for Asian and Baltic Rim flights. It handled 15 million passengers in fiscal year 2012 and it's under a redevelopment programme to accommodate up to 20 million passengers in fiscal year 2020. Around 12% of this traffic belongs to routes with origin or destination within Asia. As part of the new contract, World Duty Free Group will operate 4 duty-free and duty-paid stores, including 2 walkthroughs, offering the core categories of beauty, liquor, tobacco and confectionery. The Group will operate around 2,500 square meters for the core categories. It will also operate 7 specialty boutique stores, totaling approximately 600 square meters, focused on specific product categories.

Ministry of Road Transport And High Ways To Take Up GMR Infrastructure Ltd Issue With Committee Of Secretaries-Business Standard

Business Standard reported that In a bid to salvage the stalled Kishangarh-Udaipur-Ahmedabad highway project of GMR Infrastructure Ltd, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways will soon approach the Committee of Secretaries. The matter will go to the Committee of Secretaries, the Company want that the net present value of the project does not change. The difference between the present value of cash inflows and the present value of cash outflows is the net present value of a project. The Ministry and the Company are already in discussions to rescue the project. According to sources, GMR Infrastructure was ready to start the project with some preconditions, including making piece-meal payments. The Company has also said it would pay about 50% of the amount to restart the work on project at present and pay the remaining sum in the subsequent years, including interest. The official added that the proposal from the Ministry is to ask the Company to make the requisite payments in time and to seek its guarantee to ensure that the project is not abandoned mid-way, leading to the financial burden falling on the government.
