JALUX Inc announced that it has decided to take over the business right of Agrisun Co., Ltd., through a wholly owned subsidiary, on July 1, 2013. The Company will also acquire 3,070,000 shares (a 100% stake) of Taniyama Siam Co., Ltd., and 1,000,000 shares (a 100% stake) of Advance Agriculture Co., Ltd., for JPY 138 million ~ JPY 168 million, from Agrisun Co., Ltd., on July 1, 2013.
