JALUX Inc announced that it has established a wholly owned subsidiary, on June 6, 2013. The new subsidiary till take over the business right of Agrisun Co., Ltd, on July 1, 2013. This is part of the acquisition plan disclosed on May 22, 103.
Aeroports De Paris SA's Aeroports de Paris Management Brings the New Terminal at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, Jordan into Operation
Aeroports De Paris SA announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aeroports de Paris Management (ADPM), has brought the new terminal at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, Jordan into operation. ADPM is a shareholder and the sole operator of the airport under a 25-year concession. The terminal will be able to accommodate up to 9 million passengers per year and will therefore double the total capacity of Queen Alia International Airport.

Generale Mobiliare Interessenze Azionarie SpA announced that it has created ADR Mobility, a new company established for the management and parking lots of the airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino in Rome. Generale Mobiliare Interessenze Azionarie SpA will include in the new company the management of the relations with the car renting companies which operate in the two airports.
SIA Engineering Company Limited Opens Line Maintenance Unit In San Francisco
SIA Engineering Company Limited announced the official opening of its line maintenance facility in San Francisco. SIA Engineering (USA) Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of SIAEC, started operations at San Francisco International Airport on February 1, 2012. This comes three years after SIA Engineering (USA) Inc. launched its line maintenance business in the United States at Los Angeles International Airport. The opening of SIAEC’s latest line maintenance facility in the United States further extends the Group’s global network of line maintenance stations, which covers, in addition to Changi, 27 airports in Australia, Hong Kong, United States, Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam. The line maintenance network across these seven countries handles approximately 800 flights daily round-the-clock for more than 70 airlines.
