Eastern Media International Corp Announces Merger Between Sub-subsidiaries
Eastern Media International Corp announced that its two Nanjing-based wholly owned sub-subsidiaries (sub-subsidiary A and sub-subsidiary B) will be merged into one company. The sub-subsidiary A is mainly engaged in the wholesale of aper, paper products, clothing, shoes, hats, textiles, entertainment products, toys, sporting goods and stationery, commission agency, import and export and business consulting, and sub-subsidiary B is mainly engaged in the cultural and artistic exchanges, the planning and implementation and corporate image, culture and art exchange activities, educational information consultation; research and development of video technology, the research and development of toys and clothing, design and creation of computer graphic , as well as the sale of paper, paper products, clothing, footwear, textiles, entertainment goods, toys, sporting goods and stationery. After the merger, the sub-subsidiary A will be survived and the sub-subsidiary B will be dissolved.
SSPDL Ltd Announces Striking Off Subsidiary Companies
SSPDL Ltd announced that consequent to the applications filed by M/s. SSPDL Matrix Towers Private Limited and M/s. Kollur Residential Project Private Limited (subsidiaries of SSPDL Limited) under Section 560 of the Companies Act, 1956, for striking its name off the register with the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs under Fast Track Exit (FTE) mode, the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh, given a notice pursuant to sub section (5) of Section 560 of the Companies Act, 1956, that the names of M/s. SSPDL Matrix Towers Private Limited and M/s. Kollur Residential Project Private Limited have been struck off the Register and the said Companies are dissolved.
