TPI Triunfo Participacoes e Investimentos SA:Says it has signed through Vetria Mineracao SA an accession agreement with the Special Ports Department of the Office of the President to build a port terminal.The private use terminal will be built on the ground that Vetria have on the bank of the Port of Santos, for the movement and/or storage of cargo.As announced on March 25, as soon as all conditions precedent are met, the dissociation of Vetria will be completed and the property on which terminal will be built, will be fully transferred to the company.
