Car Parking Technologies Ltd announced the commencement of Mr. Paul Gillespie's tenure as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Company, effective January 7, 2013. As referred to in the Company's announcement on November 9, 2012, Mr. Gillespie was most recently General Manager of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc’s UK parking business. Prior to that, Mr. Gillespie was the UK Sales Manager for that business. Mr. Paul Collins steps down as a Director of the Company.
