Sejong Industrial Co., Ltd. announced that it has jointly established a new company, Chongqing Qinchuan Sejong Auto Parts Co. Ltd., on April 7, 2013, to foray into muffler market in China. The new entity is mainly engaged in the production and sales of vehicle parts. The Company invested RMB 3 million, holding a 10% stake in it.

Yunnan Xiyi Industrial Co Ltd announced that it has decided to sell all 30 million shares (2% stake) of China South Industries Group Finance Co., Ltd to South Industry Assets Management Co., Ltd.
