Sailun Co Ltd to Issue A Shares in Private Placement
Sailun Co Ltd announced that it will issue up to 85 million A shares of common stock with par value of RMB 1 per share at no less than RMB 8.57 per share in private placement, to raise up to RMB 728.45 million. Approximately RMB 210 million raised will be used to acquire a 51% stake in a Shandong-based industrial company from a tire group, to increase the Company's holdings to 100%. RMB 599.8 million will be invested in a tire manufacturing project in Vietnam, and up to RMB 220 million will be used as supplement of working capital.
Avon Rubber PLC Declares Interim Dividend
Avon Rubber PLC announced that the Board has declared an interim dividend of 1.44 pence per ordinary share for 2013, an increase of 20% on the 2012 interim dividend. This will be paid on September 6, 2013 to shareholders on the register on August 9, 2013.
Nokian Renkaat Oyj Updates on H1 2013 Earning Guidance and Repeats FY 2012 Financial Outlook-Reuters
Reuters reported that Nokian Renkaat Oyj stated that the Company's earnings in the first half (H1) of the fiscal year 2013 will likely be weaker than a year earlier, but repeated its forecast for fiscal year 2013 sales and profit to grow thanks to strength in the Russia market. For the fiscal year 2012 the Company reported revenue of EUR 1,612.40 million. According to I/B/E/S Estimates analysts on average are expecting Nokian Renkaat to report revenue of EUR 1,719.40 million for the fiscal year 2013.
