Vitec Group PLC Secures Contract
Vitec Group PLC announced that it has recently been awarded an order from the U.S. Department of Justice. This $5.8 million order has been received under a framework agreement that had been awarded to assist the Department of Justice in the migration of its wireless spectrum networks known as Auction 66.
JSJS Designs Plc Announces Amazon Stocking of Its Products
JSJS Designs Plc announced the launch by Amazon of its innovative home automation range of products. The Company's products have previously been sold via Amazon through a distribution partners but Amazon has now introduced the product directly and will fulfil orders from its own stock. This move follows the distribution of the JSJS LightwaveRF technology by a number of other brands including B&Q, Screwfix, and Maplin, as previously announced.
Jays AB Concludes Agreement with Carphone Warehouse for United Kingdom
Jays AB announced that it is concluding agreement with one of the United Kingdom retailers in telecom, Carphone Warehouse Group Plc, regarding distribution of a broad product line in the United Kingdom. Financial details were not disclosed.
Armour Group PLC's Armour Home Secures Contract
Armour Group PLC announced that Armour Home, its wholly owned subsidiary, has won a contract to supply speakers for the fitting out of the retail outlets of an international fashion group which has over 1,500 stores worldwide. The speakers have been designed and developed by Armour Home specifically to meet the requirements of a new shop design that will start to be rolled out in January 2013. The contract is a rolling contract for approximately 14,000 speakers a year, with scheduled deliveries being made every three to four months. The first delivery was made at the end of December 2012.

HyVISION SYSTEM.INC announced that it has signed a contract with LG INNOTEK CO.,LTD to supply manufacturing and inspection equipment of camera module. The contract amount is KRW 5,697,890,000.

Accupix Inc. announced that it has signed a contract with LS INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS CO.,LTD to supply construction service. The contract amount is KRW 1,950 million.

Accupix Inc. announced that it has signed a contract with Korea Land & Housing Corporation to establish information communication system. The contract amount is KRW 1,303,901,900.
Jays AB Signs Distribution Agreement with E-Sentra in Taiwan
Jays AB announced that it has signed an agreement for the entire product line with a Taiwanese distributor E-Sentra, represented in a network of 3,000 stores, since previously managing a number of brands. JAYS products are already introduced in the stores of HTC and Samsung and with a number of Apple Premium Resellers. The collaboration is initiated and will be switched up further during the initial part of 2013.

Jays AB announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Sounders Ltd for the distribution of Jays' products in Italy. The financial details were not disclosed.
Jays AB Signs Agreement with Australian Distributor
Jays AB announced that it has signed a new agreement with Australian distributor Powermove. The Company's product line is represented in Australia at Officeworks, Bing Lee and select Harvey Norman stores, as well as specialist stores such as Jaben Audio and Volume stores. With the agreement follows that JAYS also can be found in Vodafone stores around Australia. Vodafone Australia has close to 8 million subscribers, and their stores will initially provide a-JAYS One+, within JAYS concept Mobile Music.
