Nanos Co Ltd to Acquire Land and Buildings
Nanos Co Ltd announced that it has decided to acquire land measured 3,967.50 square meters and buildings with a total area of 2,277.70 square meters in Hwaseong City, Gyeonggi-do, from a Korea-based company, to expand the Company's production of blue filter. The amount of the acquisition is worth KRW 3,200 million and the proposed settlement date is June 28, 2013.

FUNAI ELECTRIC CO LTD announces that it has executed an agreement to acquire the inkjet-related (IJ) technology and assets of Lexmark International, Inc., for JPY 9,500 million. The Assets include Inkjet Patents; IJ R&D Resources in the U.S.; All of Outstanding Shares of IJ Manufacturing Affiliate of Lexmark in Philippines (Including Land, Building, Equipment and Staff); Other IJ Technologies and Assets. The expected date of asset transfer is within the first half of 2013.
Nortek Inc Completes Acquisition of 2GIG Technologies Inc
Nortek Inc announced that the closing of its previously announced acquisition of 2GIG Technologies, Inc. (2GIG), a privately held designer and supplier of residential security and home automation systems. The closing follows the satisfaction of all customary closing conditions, including approval pursuant to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976. In accordance with the terms of the acquisition agreement, Nortek acquired 2GIG for approximately $135 million on a cash and debt-free basis, funded via a combination of cash on hand and borrowings under Nortek's asset-based credit facility.
