Shinil Industrial Co., Ltd. announced that it has made an amendment to the acquisition of land and building located in Cheonan City, Chungcheongnam-do, initially announced on November 22, 2012. After the amendment, the expected transaction settlement date has been amended to October 31, 2013.

QEP Co Inc announced that on June 21, 2013 its wholly-owned UK subsidiary, Q.E.P. Co. U.K. Limited, completed the purchase of the Plasplugs trade name and other assets of the Plasplugs business. Founded in the early 1970s Plasplugs first product was the general purpose wall anchor. the product range also includes fasteners, sharpeners, tiling tools and spacers, tile cutters and saws, knives, abrasives, electrical products and power tools.
Guangdong Chant Group Inc to Issue Shares for Acquisition of Stake in Beijing-based Companies; Announces Share Issuance through Private Placement
Guangdong Chant Group Inc announced that it will issue up to 72,848,400 shares with par value RMB 1.00 at RMB 15.19 per share to Sinosteel Equipment & Engineering Co., Ltd, a Beijing-based group company, a Beijing-based investment consulting center and 43 individuals, and pay up to RMB 276,641,400 additionally to acquire a 100% stake in a Beijing-based electrical technology company. The Company will issue up to 73,400 shares with par value RMB 1.00 at RMB 15.19 per share to four individuals, and pay up to RMB 278,700 additionally for acquisition of a 6.42% stake in a Beijing-based technology company. The Company also announced the issuance of up to 34,213,000 shares with par value RMB 1.00 at no less than RMB 13.49 per share, to raise up to RMB 461,534,000 through private placement. As a result, the Company will hold a 100% stake in the Beijing-based electrical technology company, and a 100% stake directly and indirectly in the Beijing-based technology company.
