Shanghai Lonyer Fuels Co Ltd announced that it will invest USD 9.80 million to set up a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore, named Lonyer Fuels (Singapore) Co.,Ltd. The subsidiary will be with a registered capital of USD 9.80 million and be engaged in the petrochemical trade and investment.
Khabarovskiy NPZ OAO Launches New Substation-Interfax
Interfax reported that Khabarovskiy NPZ OAO has finished building its 110/6-kV Oil Refinery 2 substation, which, together with previously launched power transmission lines, cost RUB 700 million. In the future, the Oil Refinery 2 substation will provide energy to a hydrogenation processes complex that is under construction, thanks to which the refinery will start producing Euro 4 and later Euro 5 fuel.
