Woosung I&C Co Ltd announced a rights issue of 10 million common shares of par value KRW 500 each at an issue price of KRW 1,205 per share, raising KRW 12,050 million in proceeds for operations. The shareholders of record on May 29, 2013 will have rights to purchase 0.85470085 new rights shares for each share held from July 3, 2013 to July 4, 2013, and the shares remaining unclaimed will be offered to public from July 9, 2013 to July 10, 2013. The listing date of the new shares is July 26, 2013. EUGENE INVESTMENT & SECURITIES CO., LTD will be the underwriter.
Good People Co Ltd Announces Conversion of Third Convertible Bonds into Shares
Good People Co Ltd announced that KRW 967,900,000 worth of its third convertible bonds have been converted for 686,425 common shares of the Company, at the conversion price of KRW 1,410 per share. This brings the total number of the Company's outstanding shares to 25,150,929. The listing date of the new shares is May 22, 2013.

Samantha Thavasa Japan Ltd announced that it has decided to split one share of its stock into two shares, effective June 1, 2013. After the stock split, the total share outstanding will become 352,960 shares. As a result, the Company has amended its year-end dividend forecast from JPY 800 per share to JPY 400 per share, for the fiscal year ending February 2014.
RENOWN INC Announces Business and Capital Alliances with Shandong Ruyi Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Jining Ruyi Investment Co., Ltd.
RENOWN INC announced that it will form business and capital alliances with Shandong Ruyi Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Jining Ruyi Investment Co., Ltd. (collectively Ruyi Group), on April 12, 2013. Through the business alliance, the Company and Ruyi Group will share the production base and production management with each other, build partnership through staffing approach, and the Company will provide product planning and operation knowledge and cooperate on business development of the Company's brands. Through the capital alliance, the Company will issue 20,359,615 shares (a 25.15% stake) to Jining Ruyi, for JPY 144 per share (JPY 2,931,784,560 in total) with the payment conducted during the period from May 31, 2013 to December 31, 2013. The funds will be used for launch of shopping centers and other commercial facilities, as well as promotion expense for online shop. After the share issuance, the Company's top shareholder Shandong Ruyi Technology Group Co., Ltd. will hold a 32.90% stake down from a 41.18% stake, and Jining Ruyi Investment Co., Ltd. will hold a 20.10% stake.

Eastern Gold Jade Co., Ltd. announced that it will cancel its private placement of issuing up to 67 million A shares of common stock with par value of RMB 1 per share at not less than RMB 12.09 per share, to raise RMB 800 million, which was previously announced on February 18, 2012. The Company also announced a new plan, according to which it will issue 46,059,365 A shares of common stock with par value of RMB 1 per share at RMB 19.54 per share, to the Company's controlling shareholder, a Yunnan-based industry company, to raise RMB 900 million. RMB 600 million raised from the issuance will be used for bank loan repayment, and the remaining part will be the supplement of working capital.
