Skycity Entertainment Group Ltd Signs Heads Of Agreement On NZICC

Skycity Entertainment Group Ltd announced that it has signed a Heads of Agreement with the New Zealand Government to design, build and operate the New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC). This agreement details the key terms which will see SKYCITY commit $315 million to build and fit-out the NZICC, in addition to contributing the 14,000 square metres Auckland CBD site, bounded by Nelson, Hobson and Wellesley streets, which is valued at $87 million. In return for this, the Government will extend the Auckland Casino Venue Licence for 35 years to 2048 and has agreed to a package of regulatory reforms.

Snoozebox Holdings PLC Announces Contract Win

Snoozebox Holdings PLC announced that it has secured a contract to supply accommodation for 1350 personnel at the G8 Summit taking place in Northern Ireland in June 2013. The personnel will be housed in 170 cabins and will utilise part of the JR Pickstock fleet used for the Olympic security village at Hainault in 2012. Each cabin houses eight individuals in two rooms, each of which has its own bathroom facilities. The JR Pickstock Group will also be responsible for the logistics required to support this contract. Revenue from the contract will be in the order of GBP3.8 million.

BHG SA Brazil Hospitality Group to Administrate Hotel in Sao Paulo

BHG SA Brazil Hospitality Group announced that on January 25, 2013 it signed an agreement for the administration of a hotel being developed in Sao Jose de Campos, Sao Paulo State, Brazil. The hotel will be composed of a hotel tower attached to Colinas Shopping. It will have 126 rooms and will be operated under Golden Tulip brand.

City e-Solutions Ltd's Richfield Enters Into Three Supplemental Agreements

City e-Solutions Ltd announced that Richfield, an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on January 15, 2013 entered into three supplemental agreements, pursuant to which Richfield will continue to provide the Property Management Services to the Owners in relation to the three Hotels. The Property Management Services will be provided as per the terms and conditions set out in the Management Agreements and as renewed by the Supplemental Agreements for a further period of three years, commencing from January 1, 2013. The Property Management Services will be provided at the rate of 2% of the gross revenue of the Hotels, to be invoiced by Richfield on a monthly basis. The service fee has been arrived at after arm’s length negotiations between the parties taking into account the internal resources and costs required of the Group to deliver the Property Management Services.

Lampsa Hellenic Hotels SA announced that it signed the final agreement with Eurobank Ergasias SA for the lease of King George Hotel. The agreement provides long-term lease of the hotel for over 10 years with option to extend for two additional five-year terms. The management of the Hotel will be assigned to Starwood Group.

Chagala Group Ltd announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Caspi Ltd, has been awarded a second substantial lease agreement for residential accommodation by NC Production Operations Company B.V. (NCPOC). NCPOC is one of the agent companies of the consortium developing the Kashagan oil field located in Kazakhstan's North Caspian Sea. The contract award calls for the lease of 225 existing serviced apartments located at the Chagala development complex in Atyrau, Western Kazakhstan.

Unione Alberghi Italiani SpA announced that its subsidiary, Andilon Srl, has signed an agreement for the management of some hotel facilities under HOTELPHILOSOPHY brand. The contract was formalized through the signing of a lease contract of these business units with Mobygest Srl, a head company of HOTELPHILOSOPHY brand chain, lasting 36 months from November 15, 2012.
