IHQ Inc announced that it has acquired 188,938 shares of a Korea-based company engaged in the music distribution, for KRW 1,499,978,782, to start its mobile music biasness. After the transaction, the Company holds 188,938 shares of the Korea-based company, representing a 60.0% stake.
Entertainment One Ltd Announces Agreement To Acquire Art Impressions
Entertainment One Ltd. announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the brand and licensing agency, Art Impressions. Art Impressions specialises in brand management and brand creation across a range of demographics, from children to adults. The agreement to acquire Art Impressions builds upon the Company's licensing presence in the US, with eOne having launched Peppa Pig on NickJr. in 2010, and subsequently securing licensing and merchandising partnerships, including Fisher Price, Scholastic and Evy. No additional terms of the transaction were disclosed.
