Responding to complaints from many New Yorkers that this city failed to -- thousands of streets New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg took the blame. For what some are calling a box -- clean -- them. We did not do as good a job as we wanted to do or is that city has a right to expect. Bloomberg mayor -- comes 48 hours after urging New Yorkers not to panic. And suggested that storm weary residents taken a Broadway Show. A suggestion that some viewed as out of time.
