Smoke fills the air at a check point east of Libyan city Ras Lanuf.
The footage shows rebels running and driving away in cars in the aftermath of an airstrike.
At least one bomb was dropped on the rebel's Al-Agaila checkpoint.
They claim pro-government forces ordered the bombing to discourage rebels from trying to re-take the oil-rich city.
But rebel's in the nearby city of Brega refuse to back down.
(SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) REBEL FIGHTER, SAYING:
"You caused this anger and now you have anger beyond anything you had ever seen, Gaddafi, you monkey, you dog, you tyrant."
Though Europe voted against a no-fly zone over Libya, Arab leaders gathering in Cairo may vote to enforce one of their own.
