Could this be the latest must-have for hard-working professionals in the City of London? A sleeping pod where they can take a quick nap. Podtime has a room with six enclosed capsules - fitted with a mattress, pillow and lockable door. Jon Gray got the idea for his start-up when he was working in finance. SOUNDBITE: Jon Gray, Founder of Podtime, saying (English): "The hours that people do there in high-stress situations, you realise that it would be nice if there was somewhere where you could get away for a sort of short period of time to recharge your batteries, have some space to think. And the benefits of doing that kind of thing are quite well documented, your productivity, energy levels, stress levels." With a background in engineering, Jon made these pods himself. He says he's had a lot of interest from major banks who want to install the capsules in-house. So he's also looking to start producing the pods. So would these City workers like to take a siesta? SOUNDBITE: PASSER-BY, SAYING (English): "A bit difficult to get out of the office for even half an hour, let alone a quick hour to put your head down. Somewhat difficult. Depends how flexible your working hours are, I suppose." SOUNDBITE: PASSER-BY, SAYING (English): "I know I'm productive, more productive if I have an hour-and-a-half lie-down and work till six, seven at night, so I'd have no problem with that, no." The pods are only designed to be used by one person. Getting 40 winks costs £5.99 for 30 mins or £9.99 for an hour. And Podtime also provide earplugs - in case a snoozing neighbour snores.
