Are you ready to add some sizzle to your life? A new perfume and cologne promises to make you smell like warm, crispy, pork bacon. It's called BacU+014Dn. Made by Chicago-based company Fargginay, both men and women can share the "essence of bacon". In New York's Times Square, locals and tourists took a whiff of the porky scent. (SOUNDBITE) Garfield Gillings, tester, saying (English): "If I walk home with this, my wife will say to me, 'Where have you been sleeping? Who are you dating?'" (SOUNDBITE) Athena Reich, musician, saying (English): "I would say it's really nice. It's warm. I don't know, I thought it was going to smell greasy, but it doesn't." (SOUNDBITE) Emma Reading, tourist from Australia, saying (English): "It smells more florally really, just like a hint of bacon, yeah. It's crispy." Michael Jackson's impersonator thought the smell was a 'thriller'. (SOUNDBITE) Michael Blackson, Michael Jackson impersonator, saying (English): "It smells good though for bacon. yes." It's called BacU+014Dn, but you won't smell like a pig. A once ounce bottle can be purchased for $36 USD on the company's website. Kilmeny Duchardt, Reuters.
