Extra! Extra! Lady Gaga ditches music for journalism. Well sort of. The flamboyant pop star served as a guest editor for a day at the London headquarters of the global free newspaper network Metro. After greeting the staff and a lucky contest winner, Gaga immediately took charge of the morning editorial meeting - touching on themes that mimic her mission as an entertainer. SOUNDBITE: Lady Gaga, singer, saying (English): "I don't want to turn this Metro thing into lots of little sound bites being stolen from things that I said and twisted into some sort of giant political statement that isn't sound, so if we could just make one statement, I think, that's really sound and really direct." For Gaga every public appearance is performance art and a outlandish fashion statement rolled into one, turning her into a cultural phenomenon as much as a musician. But you might be surprised to learn that this widely popular star says she is still the victim of bullies. SOUNDBITE: Lady Gaga, singer, saying (English): "Some of us aren't in the in crowd. I'm still not in the in crowd, I still get bullied by tons of people all the time, everyday and the press and in my real life and people from my past, that's part of real life.
