Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez prepares to travel to Cuba for another round of chemotherapy. Flanked by his daughter, he addressed supporters at the airport on Saturday. (SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) VENEZUELAN PRESIDENT HUGO CHAVEZ, SAYING "I remember Christ, my lord, 'it is not the time to die; it is time to live.' May God, our God of life continue giving all of us life." On Saturday, Chavez said that after his surgery in Cuba last month, he was free of malignant cells. He has not said what type of cancer he has. Hours earlier, the 56-year-old delegated some powers to his vice president and finance minister to deal with budgetary matters. He resisted opposition calls to temporarily transfer his office to the vice president. Chavez spent nearly a month in Cuba for two surgeries but he has not said how long he will be away this time.
