Rough Cut. (No reporter narration) Footage taken shortly after the bomb blast in Oslo on Friday shows residents' shocked, but reacting calmly. By Saturday, seven people were thought to have died in the blast in the government district of the city Police detained and charged Anders Behring Breivik for the bombing and a subsequent shooting on the Island of Utoya in which at least 85 people were killed. Oslo was quiet but tense after Friday's mid-afternoon bombing, which broke the windows of the prime minister's building and damaged the finance and oil ministry buildings.
