More disruption for passengers, as strikes have grounded Iberia flights for the second time this month. Pilots led the walk-out in protest at the launch of low-cost airline Iberia Express, planned for next year. Around 36% of flights were cancelled on Thursday. (SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) PASSENGER AFFECTED BY STRIKE, LETIZIA, SAYING: "This isn't fair, I am not here to miss a flight after an 11 hour flight all the way from Montevideo with a little girl. I don't care if they want to strike. Let them strike but on top of that they shouldn't get 'offended' if you complain, because they always get what they want at our expense." Iberia's parent company, International Airlines Group, or IAG, hopes Iberia Express will challenge low cost airlines like Ryanair and Easyjet. But pilots say the new service threatens their jobs and working conditions. They held their first strike earlier this month and have warned of further action if IAG doesn't negotiate. IAG shares were slightly lower at midday. Ciara Sutton, Reuters
