It's thirsty work for staff at the Vytopna Railway restaurant in Prague.
But they've come up with a novel way of serving drinks to customers without leaving the kitchen.
They've installed a tiny train track which collects the orders and delivers the drinks.

"I like it very much, I have never seen anything like this and it's very interesting. I like the train connections very much."
(SOUNDBITE) (Czech) PENSIONER MILAN FROM PRAGUE, SAYING:
"The main thing is that we don't have to wait for the waiter to come to us."
A complex network of train tracks runs throughout the restaurant.
The model stream trains pass through tunnels, over drawbridges and on to thirsty diners.
The restaurant's manager says its been a huge hit.
(SOUNDBITE) (Czech) RESTAURANT MANAGER AND EXECUTIVE CHEF TOMAS CECAVA, SAYING:
"The trains are adjusted to make different sounds. The bar staff knows exactly how fast the trains can go and can regulate their speed for instance before a curve or when they leave the table. All the stops are set up in advance. So it is quite easy to operate them."
The restaurant has become a popular tourist attraction and it's one of the few railways where the trains actually run on time.
