Not since Wendell Willkie snatched the 1940 nomination from Thomas Dewey have Republicans relied on a brokered convention to choose their presidential candidate. What is a brokered convention and will we see one in Tampa this August? Decoder asked Professor Larry Sabato of the University of Virginia.
