Madonna has retained the title Queen of Pop by taking the throne of the Billboard 200 chart. Her latest album "MDNA" topped the the weekly sales list with 359,000 copies sold. It's the fifth time in the singer's career that her album has debuted at number one.
Katy Perry is going 3D. The singer has commissioned a feature film which promises to give fans an inside look at her life on-and-off stage during her 2011 California Dreams Tour. The film is due to hit theaters in July - it's been made by the same people who did Justin Bieber's 3D concert movie - which grossed more than 100 million dollars worldwide.
Amy Adams is headed to the stage. The actress has signed on to take part in The Public Theater's production of the fairy-tale musical "Into the Woods." The show will run for several weeks in August at a theater in the middle of New York's Central Park. Adams will play the role of The Baker's Wife.
Finally, New Yorkers got the chance to get up close and personal with the royal couple - sort of. Madame Tussauds has debuted new wax figures of Prince William and Kate. Each wax figure cost roughly 300,000 dollars to produce and took nearly four months to create.
