ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: The famous Tulip Garden in India's northern state of Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed a record number of tourists just three weeks after it opened. The Tulip Garden is one of the biggest gardens in Asia. Ghulam Nabi Azad, currently India's Minister of Health and Family Welfare envisaged the idea of Tulip Garden when he was Chief Minister of the state between 2005 and 2008.
