An explosion ripped through a building in Syria's central city of Hama according to this video posted to a social media website.

The blast left 12 people dead and wounded dozens more according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
Violence has continued in Hama despite a two week U.N.-Arab League brokered ceasefire. Anti-government activists say Syrian forces are behind Wednesday's explosion as well as attacks on other parts of the city.
