Royals, fashion and Formula One - Monaco was the place to be on Friday. Princess Charlene of Monaco and Prince Albert II joined forces with sports stars and celebrities for a fashion show in Monte Carlo. F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone and his two daughters Petra and Tamara were out for the annual event, which is seen as one of the biggest nights in the motor sporting calendar. "Hunger Games" actress Jennifer Lawrence added to the glamour, as did High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens. While the sport was represented by its stars, including current Formula One driver Bruno Senna and former F1 driver Eddie Irvine. With the Amber Lounge packed to bursting, the A list audience enjoyed a catwalk show. Daniella Issa was amongst the designers chosen to take part. Fitting for her Royal audience she previously designed the dress Britain's Duchess of Cambridge Catherine wore at the announcement of her engagement to Prince William. As well as action on the runway, young British rapper Labrinth also performed. The Amber Lounge Fashion charity has raised more than three million euros to date -- cash from this latest event will go to the Special Olympics. Sarah Mills, Reuters.
