Behold the ugliest faces from the canine world. Twenty-nine dogs from across the globe gathered in Petaluma, California to earn the title of "worst in show". And the ugliest of them all was "Mugly", a Chinese Crested dog from the U.K. Mugly's owner Bev Nicholson. SOUNDBITE: Bev Nicholson, Owner of Mugly, saying (English) "I am excited. I'm overwhelmed. I'm so proud to be able to be taking this back to the U.K. I'm amazed." Winning the dubious honor has its perks. Besides bragging rights, the eight-year-old pooch won $1,000 U.S. dollars, a photo shoot, VIP hotel stays and a year's worth of dog treats. And don't judge the book by it's cover -- when Mugly isn't parading in front of the judges, he has a serious day job -- as a therapy dog working with children. Elly Park, Reuters.
