But for Syrian refugees living in Turkey, talks held by the United Nations security council were too little too late. (SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) SYRIAN REFUGEE ABO ALI, SAYING: "Before everything Bashar must leave power, there is no solution to this. If those meetings were helpful, they would have been helpful a year and a half ago. After a year and a half, they want the murderer to share power with us, there is no logic in it." Even as the talks took place in Geneva, the fighting continued in Syria. Amateur video shows smoke rising on the horizon-- and burt out, bombed buildings.
