U.S. Morning Call: BOE injects third round of stimulus

July 5 - The Bank of England launches a third round of monetary stimulus, announcing it would restart its printing presses and buy 50 billion pounds of asset purchases.

Here's your morning call this Thursday central banker at giving markets a lift. Dow NASDAQ S&P 500 stock index futures moving slightly higher after China cut interest rates. And Bank of England announces more monetary stimulus the F and 500 futures at the top performers so far. And ETE rate decision also out today. Could -- may be on the way. Published reports indicate companies that make parts for apple devices are preparing for the mass production in September of its tablet with a smaller screen. The device is expected to have a screen under eight inches. -- the current iPad has a nine point seven inch screen. Once -- -- -- Wall Street Journal screen maker LG from South Korea and -- you opt -- from Taiwan are working with apple on the new product. Consumer health and focus but the release of June same store sales today strong gains in June 2011 making for tough comparisons in June 2012. Thomson Reuters estimating only half of 1% gain overall for the twenty retailers track so far hot -- and the buckle disappointing. While limited grant far exceeding expectations -- a gain of 7%. Nearly triple the estimates. Other economic reports out today include the ISM non manufacturing index expected to fall. Weekly jobless claims seen at roughly flat and EPA report on private sector higher. Forecasters expecting a gain of 105000. Jobs below the 133. -- and reported me. And now a former Barkley CEO Bob Diamond apologizing for the behavior of his trainers who fixed interest rates. I'm -- appearing before British lawmakers on Wednesday. When I read emails from those -- I got physically -- -- reprehensible behavior you're asking me -- those actions being dealt with absolutely. -- cutting him partly financial rating strengths too negative shares are up slightly today.
