U.S. Day Ahead: Fed could open the floodgates in September

July 10 - As the recovery stalls, investors will be scouring the Fed's minutes for more clues on when it will pull the trigger on more bond buying. Reuters'Mark Felsenthal says it could happen soon.

The recovery is stalling markets volatile and investors wanna know what that can -- to make it right again. Well we'll get a better idea how they will do that when the Central Bank releases minutes per student policy meeting. And that that decided to expand Operation Twist design that lower long term interest rates. The real question is where -- at the -- will restart its bond buying program the banks spent 2.3. Dollars on that last time. Reuters correspondent mark both -- -- as we could see some things. -- people we talked to generally think the Fed will do another round of quantitative easing before the end of the year. Most analysts note that I've read recently suggest that the expectation is it will happen. At the September meeting not at that meeting that's coming up at the end of this month. However the minutes will give us a sense of how close they are to pulling the trigger. -- heads for a glimpse of what second quarter GDP might be liked paid close attention to trade figures in the morning. According to Reuters poll that it looks like it will shrink slightly to 48 and a half billion dollars but that's part -- but definite sign of strength up. Falling prices will cut imports. But exports will still be hurt by softer global demand and we're gonna see how those weaker crude prices are hitting corporate America. When Chevron is the key earnings update hicks bites taken out of its bottom line. Brent averaged about 109 dollars a barrel over the second quarter down nine bucks from the previous line.
