(Protesters chanting 'Monica Monica') Clinton was in Alexandria for the re-opening of a U.S. consulate --- a move that had infuriated some in Egypt's second most important city. A senior official at the State department said Clinton's vehicle wasn't struck by any of the projectiles Burning American and Israeli flags outside the consulate's security perimeter, they accused the U.S. of interfering in the country's affairs.
