Too hot for the Acropolis in Greece. With temperatures near 110 degrees Fahrenheit .... 43 degrees celsius... the Acropolis is closing early. It's the hottest day of the year in the Greek capital --- but tourists are more worried about the closure than the heat. (SOUNDBITE) (English) AUSTRALIAN TOURIST JIM SAYING: "I think everybody should be entitled to their own choice - if you can climb then you should be able to climb basically. I don't think anybody can make the call for the rest of the world. We came all the way from Australia to see it and its shut." Authorities are advising residents to stay indoors or at least seek the shade. Greece has been sweltering under the burning temperatures for the last week. But relief is on the way with temperatures expected to drop in the coming days. Deborah Lutterbeck, Reuters
