Pat Boris and industrial talks here's your morning called this Tuesday. Apple and Samsung disagreeing over the value of patents. A source tells Reuters apple CEO Tim Cook and executives at Samsung -- able to come to terms on their work during settlement conference last week. Apple and Samsung declined to provide details on the talks they remain locked in legal disputes around the globe.
