Jubilant scenes in Honduras as the tiny nation celebrates a shock Olympic victory. Football fans filled the streets of Tegucigalpa after the national team beat a superstar Spanish side. Spain were hoping to add an Olympic title to their World and European crowns. But a surprising 1-0 defeat left them unable to reach the knockout stage. SOUNDBITE: FOOTBALL FAN, BARYON SALAD, SAYING (Spanish): "The match, what can I say, Spain dominated the game but thank God Honduras could defend well. When they needed to attack, they attacked. Great, great guys." SOUNDBITE: FOOTBALL FAN, DAVID SALINAS, SAYING (Spanish): "The game was very beautiful, I liked it very much. Spain was in charge the entire game but Honduras was able to send in that goal and with this, now we are happier. Go Honduras! You can do it!" Honduras sit at 63 in the FIFA world ranking. They now join Brazil and Japan among eight final teams fighting for Olympic gold. Sarah Charlton, Reuters.
