Hats in England are usually worn to mark special occasions. And with London playing host to the Olympic games, iconic statues around the city are dressing the part. Lord Nelson in Trafalgar Square is donning a new headpiece by Lock & Co, the same milliner who designed the late admiral's original hat. King George IV is sporting a headpiece by designer Stephen Jones.
