Roy Lichtenstein's "Electric Cord" had been missing for over four decades, until recently when the coveted painting resurfaced at this New York storage facility. Art collector Leo Castelli purchased the work for $750 U.S. dollars in the '60s, but it disappeared a few years later when his gallery sent it out for cleaning. Court documents show that the painting had been shipped to the facility on Manhattan's Upper East Side from a gallery in Bogota, Colombia. A New York judge has temporarily barred the painting from leaving the warehouse until rightful ownership can be determined. Attorneys for Castelli say the painting is currently valued at $4 million U.S. dollars. Kilmeny Duchardt, Reuters.
