Battles rage on between government forces and rebels in Syria's two biggest cities. On Monday, video that cannot be independently verified reportedly showed a major attack being launched by rebels in Damascus. Activists claim 62 people were killed in the clashes, with some executed. Meanwhile, amateur video captured the aftermath of bombs being dropped on Aleppo. Rebels here are also waging a guerrilla war on Aleppo's streets. The ongoing fighting is forcing thousands to flee the country every day and is putting pressure on Syria's neighbours to provide for the displaced.
